Winter Garden Tidy
If you're after a beautiful garden this summer, then now is the time to get out in the garden. With the bulbs growing and some already in bud, it won't be long before the rest of the garden start growing; from grass to shrubs. So before the growing truly starts its time to get out in the garden and tidy it up in preparation. Clear out last years grasses, ferns and perennials. Prune deciduous shrubs and just generally get around the garden having a good old fashioned tidy up. Top the lawn if the weather permits, this will not only make it look better but also help remove the last of the winter leaves.
Also, start thinking about planting bulbs such as lilies, or perhaps vegetables such as chillies, tomatoes or aubergines. If you are planning any projects for the garden, now is the time to do the preparation. Whilst the weather is still not great, if you don't start your project it may not be ready for the best of the weather. If you need a helping hand getting on top of your garden before the good weather arrives, then why not speak to Cutting Hedge to find out more about our gardening services. Contact us here.
